We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges.
Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty with 24+ hours notice, subject to availability.

Payment is due at the time of service. Prepayment may be required for certain packages or gift certificates.
Gratuity is not included in service prices and is at your discretion. Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the service cost.

We reserve the right to refuse service if you have conditions that make massage inadvisable, such as fever, contagious conditions, or recent fractures.
Please arrive clean and appropriately groomed. We maintain strict hygiene standards and expect the same from our clients.
All massages are therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Proper draping will be maintained at all times. Clients may request modifications to pressure, technique, or areas worked on during the session.
Please communicate your comfort level, pressure preferences, and any concerns during your session.
By receiving massage therapy, you acknowledge that there are potential risks and agree to assume responsibility for any adverse reactions.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult your physician for medical conditions.
Gift certificates do not expire but cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Gift certificates are transferable to other individuals but cannot be split between multiple people for partial use.
Service packages must be used by the original purchaser and are subject to availability and scheduling restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our spa operates.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
