24-Hour Notice

To cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty, we require at least 24 hours advance notice. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting.

During severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe, we will waive all cancellation fees. We monitor weather conditions and may proactively reach out to reschedule appointments.

Spa Closures

If we need to close due to emergencies, equipment issues, or staff illness, all affected appointments will be rescheduled at no charge.

Group Bookings and Packages

Group Appointments (3+ people)

Group bookings require 48-hour advance notice for cancellations or changes. This extended timeframe helps us coordinate multiple therapists and room schedules.

Package Appointments

Multi-service packages follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy for each individual service. Partial package cancellations are subject to the same fee structure.

Special Events

Wedding parties, corporate events, and other special occasions may have custom cancellation policies outlined in your service agreement.

If your therapist becomes unavailable, we'll offer you an appointment with another qualified therapist at the same time or reschedule at your convenience with no penalty.
